Where It All Started
Richard and Joey began helping business owners through their business COM Marketing Group and the well-known platform Meet Your Personal Trainer.
Over the years, those brands evolved from simple marketing services into something much bigger, a movement! Focused on connection, collaboration, education and community growth. That evolution eventually led to the creation of the MY Brands and Meet Your Network vision.
The word “MY” stands for Meet Your because every great opportunity starts with meeting the right people. And Network represents a home, a need to belong, connect, learn and be part of a community where we can grow together.
Today, Meet Your Network brings all of those years of experience together into one ecosystem designed to support businesses, suppliers, professionals and communities both online and in real life.

Meet The Founders: Richard & Joey Toutounji
Richard Toutounji
Hey, it’s Richard here. I’ve spent more than 20 years in the fitness industry, including owning one of Australia’s first private fitness studios in Neutral Bay, originally created by Matt Church. I founded Lifestyles Corporate Wellness and built industry directories and brands across health and fitness. More recently, I built COM Marketing before scaling and selling the agency side of the business.
I love working with established businesses that have great products and services but need help getting their marketing moving. My strength is spotting the missing pieces—whether that’s a funnel, a campaign that needs adjusting or an opportunity that hasn’t been explored. I’m practical: I like to get inside a business, test ideas and work out what deserves attention.
We’ve been fortunate to work as marketing partners with AUSactive and Exercise New Zealand. I also host the Marketing Muscle Up Show, with more than 200 episodes, and have delivered over 1,000 marketing presentations to health, fitness, wellness and supplier businesses.
A fun fact: my wife Joey and I used video marketing to secure our place on the first season of The Amazing Race Australia, where we were known as the “married entrepreneurs”. We’ve also written a bestselling children’s health book and attracted extensive media coverage.

Joey Toutounji
Joey began her career as a PDHPE teacher, driven by a passion for helping people live healthier, more confident lives. She went on to co-build COM Marketing with Richard, helping thousands of fitness, wellness and allied health businesses strengthen their marketing and grow with purpose.
A natural presenter and emcee, Joey has hosted events across Australia and New Zealand, including the Healthy Ageing Summit, and co-hosts the Marketing Muscle Up Show podcast.
Joey and Richard used their video marketing skills to craft an application that secured their place as contestants on the first-ever season of The Amazing Race Australia, and together they've written a bestselling children's health book.
